HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL OWN THE PROPERTY?
Minimum percentage is 10% with the maximum of 100% outright. An Individual could purchase, a 20% interest. Therefore there is no limit.
Common practise is to purchase one fraction of 10%. Being that the case 10 people will own the 100% ownership of the property. The 2 outstanding months are used to rent the property and with the income cover the annual expenses.

Unlike many of the other ‘fractional’ or ‘co-ownership’ schemes currently available where the number of owners can be as many as 12, we believe that only having a maximum of 10 owners gives the purchaser more of a tangible share of the property and the realisation of a true investment.
Typically, those who buy into shared ownership are people who can afford to purchase outright but do not have the time to use it and don’t want the responsibilities attached to outright ownership. Another advantage is that you can purchase a more luxurious property than you may otherwise have been unable to afford.
The occupancy plans gives you complete freedom of choice. You can choose to either block book an entire 4-week season or divide your occupancy equally over the calendar year so that you can benefit from all seasons and guarantee that your chosen plan will always include all the school holidays!!
MAY I FRACTION THE USE OF THE PROPERTY?
You may fraction the time of use providing this is clearly stipulated.
Who will make sure the property is properly used by all co-owners?
A management company will be appointed to maintain the property in perfect condition. Actually, this company will make sure the property is vacant 2 days before your arrival, clean it, repair anything that may not work, replace what is needed.
