Viewing Trips
Assets International offer subsidised viewing trips** (**where applicable) to potential clients. Should any client cancel or not attend the viewing trip Assets International will ask for full payment of the flight costs, the cost is available at time of booking, If a client requires to change trip dates, airline charges will apply at the clients cost. Flight costs vary on each booking, and are not at a standard rate. Should a client have to re-book after a cancellation and upon the client paying the flight costs in full, Assets International (at there discretion) will offer a free viewing trip.

Personal data

The details you give us are confidentially incorporated into our files. These files fulfil a series of aims, such as the personalised service we can offer you, keeping you informed of new promotions, and new services. Under no circumstances will this information be divulged or sold to other companies.

Property Misdescription Act 1991

In accordance with the Property Misdescription Act 1991, Assets International has prepared these sales particulars for general guidance purposes only. They do not form or constitute any part of an offer or contract. Assets International have not carried out a structural survey of the property and any services, appliances or specific fittings mentioned in these details have not been tested. Assets International offer a hired white labelled website, this is available for our partners whilst engaging business together, a one off set up charge will be payable, along with a yearly hosting fee, the prices are available on the main agency contract or by contacting agents@assetsinternational.net - At no time will the agent, Partner or Affiliate be the owner of this website or any marketing material supplied. The Agents website can be removed at any time without notice. The website that Assets International offers it's agents has passed compliance, and cannot be altered in any form by any third parties.
